Rotary club of Pune Sinhagad road, has adopted the village "Hotale" in taluka Mulashi, District Pune. Women Empowerment projects, Training to youth, Cow donation, Sewing machines to ladies, school building improvements, Computer lab etc were undertaken during this village adoption project for last 10 years. Rtn. Suresh Narke, who had been a Rotarian for more than 25 years of R C Pune Sinhagad Road, was Pioneer of this Happy Village Project. Recently, Rtn. Suresh Narke expired. In his memory, the club , with donations from their own members decided to construct a gate to commemorate his memory for the " Hotale school". This gate was donated to the village on 29th January 2024 . All the rotary members including president Lata , secretary Abhay Devre, Donor Abhay Maydeo, Rtn Ashok Bhandari attended the ceremony along with Rtn Mrs Ushatai Narke.
