| Minutes of Meeting | Attended by: Abhay Devare, Anuradha Kale, Sumedha Patankar, Milind Biwalkar, Abhay Maydeo, Ashok Bhandari, Sharad Lagu, Vinayak Gayakwad, Prakash Vaseksr, Ameya Pasalkar, Nagesh Salgare, Satish Kulkarni 1.Discussion on Global Grant: Detailed discussion was done on three projects: Rainwater harvesting, waterless urinals for girls and smart school, in villages in Bhor taluka. President Abhay informed that Wisdom is partner club and has contributed 5 lacs through CSR already. District has approved $8k to our club. Ashok Bhandari has reached out to three possible partner clubs. Total project will be of $60k. Some members were if the opinion of going ahead while some, including President nominee Nagesh, were not convinced about utility of rainwater harvesting in that area. It was also discussed to take up one project instead of all three. It was decided that some members will visit the area in February first week and discuss with service providers and then BoD will take the call.2)Preparation for AG visit: All Directors to send information on their activities to President to make a PPT.One person who can make good presentations will do it on other's behalf at the time of AG visit.3)Discussion on Savarkar Program: Anuradha informed that Ravi Ranjekar is ready with half the script. A meeting of those who have shown interest in participating will be held to decide who will do what. Prakash Vasekar was given the responsibility as director/decision maker about who will do what in the program to make sure it is up to the standard. |
