| Minutes of Meeting | . MOM of the AGM meeting held at Sevasadan School on 27 th December 2024. Our AG Sanjota Malpani was present at AGM. PP R. D. Jadhav was appointed as Presiding Officer. After rotary business, PE Amey Pasalkar has declared his board of directors for the rotary year 25-26. AG Sanjota, President Abhay and Secretary Anuradha wished Congratulations and best wishes to Amey and his BOD. Then current directors have presented six month's progress and future planning of their respective avenues before AG Sanjota. Rtn. Deva, Sharad D., Nitin, Gayatri and Patankar have expressed their concerns and suggestions before members of the club in an open forum. As per Deva's opinion, for assimilation of the new members, our old ‘Couple of the week’ concept should be restarted. Similarly, club admin should be PE so that he/she will get experience of the club work. There should be a change made in the by-laws, to accomodate new members in BOD and the same director should not be appointed for the same avenue in next 3-5 years. He suggested, the Club Leadership Programme should be run in the club to get new directors. According to him the club should donate old equipments such as, PI and projector to some school. PP Sharad Deshpande has shown concern about not circulating MoM and not disclosing the budget of the club on RCPSR and Katta group. His second concern was there Treasurer should give a report on the Budget and the actual expenses of the club in the AGM. Rtn. Gayatri has suggested two things, non rotarian should get a chance to become director and there should be second director to help the main director. Nitin told the PE Amey declared his board without the signature and consent of himself and Lata. PP Patankar has suggested that nomination committee should be formed of past presidents. They are the members who have knowledge and experience to form the committee. President Abhay has given satisfactory explaination to each suggestion and concerns. AG Sanjota was happy with the work done in all the avenues. She suggested to increse the avtive participation of new members in club programmes and projects. According to her opinion, to retain the members is equally important as to increase the number of members. Secondly club budget and actual expenses should be circulated on club communication group. Third thing she has suggested is that to make our club 100% EREY for Foundation and make sure that all the members have logged in on district and RI site. Presiding officer PP R. D. Jadhav was happy with the meeting procedings and has concluded the meeting. |
