| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of the BOD meeting held in Sevasadan School on 18/8/24. The attendees were Abhay D., Anuradha, Nitin, Milind, Sumedha, Ravi, Sharad and Prakash. The points discussed were: 1.We have not received the balance sheet of the year 23/24 after the repeated follow up by President Abhay.Now it is decided in the BOD that Nitin will take the initiative in this matter and will fix a meeting of last year treasurer Sneha, CA Jitendra and President Abhay. 2.President Abhay has appealed to BOD for the sanction of budget of Rs. 3.20 lacs for playing 11 projects. BOD has sanctioned this budget. This is for minimum target is to be achieved. We can appeal to the members to achieve higher target. 3.Regarding Anantchaturdashi procession, the budget of Rs. 20000/- is sanctioned by BOD. It was decided that the club will take part for some time only. 4.8 th Sept programme of Atharvshirsh pathan will be held in Sevasadan school. 5.Regarding monsoon picnic--- a committee will be formed for logistics and other arrangements. 6.Ravi has suggested about Diwali edition of Sad Pratisad. BOD has approved this idea. Committee has to be formed for this edition. 7.It was decided that the fellowship expenses of BOD meetings should be contributed amongst the BOD members. Now a days, the meeting at members house is not possible due to distance, place and traffic problem. 8.Roctractors have demanded the monetory support from club for their convention. But BOD has refused such support. 9.For revive of Website of our club the budget of Rs. 40000/- is sanctioned. 10.The responsibility to upload the programmes and projects on FB and Insta is to be given to rotractor Adhishri. |
