Quarterly Review Meeting 9.30 pm onwards Dinner If any member wishes to give suggestions / questions regarding the club matters, may I request you to please send it on or before Wednesday, 27.03.2024 evening to the Secretary directly. This will help us to finalize the agenda. Please note that no questions /suggestions will be entertained after the evening of 27.03.2024. Please note that as per the by-laws of the club , 1/3 members are required to be present for QRM and the 1/3 count of our club is 22. If the quorum of 22 is not fulfilled @ 8.00 pm, QRM will start after 10 minutes and the present members will suffice the quorum. Please note that if we do not receive any suggestions/ questions regarding club matters, then, after a Quarterly Review of our club, we will discuss on our coming event, "District Learning Assembly" dated 19.05.2024 in which our club is a host club.
