| Minutes of Meeting | MoM of Fourth BoD Day & Date: Saturday, 25th October 2023 Venue: Secretary Abhay Devare’s House, Kothrud Time: @ 7.00 pm. 1. Secretary Abhay welcomed all the members for the 4th BoD of the RY 2023-24. 2. Minutes of our Third BoD dated 16.09.2023 were read and approved by all the members. 3. Service Director Abhay Mayadeo gave updates of the demand of various projects of Hotale village. It was discussed that we may go ahead subject receipt of some contribution from the residents of Hotale village. Mayadeo explained about the school gate project to be done in the memory of Late Mr. Narke kaka. It is also discussed about the donation to be kept in Bank FD in the memory of Late Narke kaka and to start a scholarship from the interest amount for the students of Hotale village. 4. As informed by Manisha Adhikari, Youth Director, a permission is granted by the RI for the change of sponsorship for the Interact Club of Adhyapak Vidyalay, a suitable date for the installation of Interact Club to be taken from the school authorities after Diwali vacation. 5. Swati Ranjekar, Director Admin explained the programmes for the month of November & December 2023. She also informed that this year Diwali Pahat programme will be arranged. 6. Trainer, Rtn. Shrikant Patankar explained that someone should give attention for CPI score and citation. He told despite of some contribution towards Foundation from our Club, the actual marks given are very less. It is also happened in other Avenue like participation for the District Programs also. President must take up the matter with the District Officers with immediate effect. 7. Secretary Abhay Devare gave vote of thanks for joining BoD at his residence and the meeting concluded. Following Directors were present for the BoD.
