| Minutes of Meeting | MoM of Third BoD Day & Date: Saturday, 16th September 2023 Venue: Sevasadan School Time: @ 7.00 pm. 1. Secretary Abhay welcomed all the members for the 3nd BoD of the RY 2023-24. 2. Minutes of our Second BoD dated 31.08.2023 were read and approved by all the members. 3. Updates from the Treasurer: Treasurer Sneha updated to all that … A. Pending payments of the last year like Kund Project, Water ATM, Family Planning Association of India, Robotics were made during this month. She was advised to obtain acknowledgement from the vendors for the payment made by us e.g., Kund Project, Water ATM Project (Proton) etc. B. She was also advised to obtain a letter from Rtn. Satish Khade, Project Co-Ordinator in respect of closure/completion of the Kund Project. C. Senha informed all that all the club payments like RI Dues, District Dues & Rotary News were made before the due date. D. Sneha was advised by all to complete the procedure of the change the signatures of new PSTs in the Cosmos Bank, Ganeshnagar ASAP. E. Sneha was advised by all to obtain “No Dues Certificate” from Proton in respect of invoice for water ATM of Rs.1,25,000/-. 4. Pending Payments of the Service Projects of the last year: Abhay Mayadeo explained that all the pending payments of the last year have been paid so far. 5. Pending Service Projects required approval: Abhay Mayadeo has provided the letters received from the Hotale Group Grampanchayat for their demands for - - 1. Improving Drainage system by providing soak pits 2. RO plant for clean water 3. Cyber Security Awareness Camp 4. Collecting plastic waste from the village 5. Career guidance workshop It was discussed that to check the contribution from the villagers of Hotale for the said projects and can be considered only after their stake in the form of money or Shramdan etc. for the project. However, the projects like Career Guidance Workshop & Cyber Security Awareness Camp can be done in the month of October/November 2023 as requested. 6. Discussion on Interact Club & Early Act Club: Though Manisha Adhikari is not present today for the BoD, she had requested for the date for Installation Ceremony of Interact Club of Aranyeshwar Madhyamik Vidyalay. The matter was discussed in detail and it was learnt that the name our club is not yet approved by RI and it will be displayed on RI site very soon. Therefore, it was decided by all that the Installation Ceremony of the said Interact Club can be done only after the approval for the change of sponsorship from RI. Manisha Adhikari also shown interest for starting an Early Act Club and requested for the permission for the same. It was decided by all that Manisha must provide the details/provisions of Early Act Club either from RI or District 3131, then only it can be considered. If there are no provisions of Early Act Club with RI as well as District 3131, the board is not in favour of giving the permission for the Early Act Club. 7. To discuss about Atharvashirsha Pathan & Ganapati Visarjan with Kasaba Ganapati: President Lata & Shri Patankar said that this year there are some restrictions from the Central Government for Ganapati Visarjan Miravnuk for the involvement of foreign students. So it will be finalised only after the meeting with Kasaba Ganapati Mandal. 8. Secretary Abhay Devare gave vote of thanks for joining BoD physically and the meeting concluded.
