| Minutes of Meeting | MoM of Second BoD Day & Date: Thursday, 31th August 2023 Venue: Online Zoom Meeting Time: @ 9.00 pm. 1. Secretary Abhay welcomed all the members for the 2nd BoD (Online on Zoom) of the RY 2023-24. 2. Minutes of our First BoD dated 27.07.2023 were approved by all the members. 3. Collection of club dues and payment of RI dues: As the Treasurer Sneha was not present for the online BoD initially (joined afterwards), Secretary Abhay informed that last year there were total 59 members as on 30.06.2023 and 2 new members were added on the installation day i.e., 9th of July 2023 and 3 members were added on the Membership Drive i.e., on 20.08.2023. Thus, total strength of our club is increased to 64. It was also informed that we have paid RI dues in time. We have also received pro rata dues for Rs. 6,310/- of the last year from Amol, IPP. It was also informed that the District Dues and Rotary News Dues are not yet paid, which will be paid ASAP. 4. Pending Payments of the Service Projects of the last year: As all the documents are received and the formalities are completed by the concerned members and as per the the resolution passed by the PSTs of the last 5 years (in case of kund project), it was decided to make all the following pending payments of the projects of the last year ASAP. A. Kund Project B. Water ATM Project C. Robotics D. Family Planning Association of India 5. Pending Service Projects required approval: A. Service Director, Abhay Mayadeo explained the “Pustak Peti” project in detail. He suggested that this project should be completed by the personal donations of our members and not from the trust. The cost of project will be around Rs.15,000.00. Everybody agreed to his proposal and the project was approved for self-funding. B. Service Director, Abhay Mayadeo visited Hotale village along with Rtn. Suhas Kulkarni and discussed with the Sarpanch & villagers of Hotale about scope of various projects. Everyone agreed that our Club will consider few good projects of Hotale village if they within the scope of Rotary. 6. To discuss about Atharvashirsha Pathan & Ganapati Visarjan with Kasaba Ganapati : It was proposed by the Admin Director to have a Ganapati Atharvashirsha Pathan in Bedekar Ganapati Mandir at Kothrud. However, many members have insisted to have it with Kasaba Ganapati or Dagdusheth Ganapti as per custom of our club. So finally, it was decided to arrange as per custom of our club and a committee will be formed to arrange the event. 7. As Youth Director, Manisha has completed all the required formalities and cleared the doubts raised by the Secretary, it was decided by all to give approval for the Interact Club of Aranyeshwar Madhyamik Vidyalay. It was informed by the Secretary that the said Interact Club is not a new one, but it is a change of sponsorship from RCP University to our Club. 8. As there was a limit of 40 minutes for the Zoom meeting, the meeting was continued with WhatsApp call also. 9. Secretary Abhay Devare gave vote of thanks for joining BoD online on Zoom platform and the meeting concluded. Following Directors were present for the BoD.
