| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the meeting Date: 15th July, 2021 time: 10am In person Attendees: Anuradha Kale; Manjusha Gogate; Abhay Devare; Abhay Maydeo; Sharad Deshpande; ShrikantPatankar; Swati Ranjekar; Anita Pandit; Prabhakar Wawge; Amol Kagawade; Sunil Jadhav Special Invitees: Sudhir Daftardar; Milind Biwalkar; Suresh Narke Points Discussed: As per Agenda shared on whatsapp group prior to meeting A Resolution was passed and approved by the Board to induct Suresh Narke as Director-Environment and Milind Biwalkar as Director-Community Projects 1. Our Goals are set on the RI website and will be uploaded on district website and President urged all directors to work towards achieving them. 2.President urged all Directors to tap their resource so as to bring in more CSR funds for all club projects 3. SOP for all projects was explained and the requisite forms were handed out to all directors. It was stressed that no project shall be sanctioned without proposal form and the concerned avenue director will have to give his/her approval for the project before it can be put to the BOD. Once the BOD gives its approval only then will the project go ahead. 4. Treasurer Abhay explained financial status of club . He indicated that previous years signed financial statement is not yet received as our CA was out of State for last 15days. All Directors suggested that the previous year’s office bearers must be informed to please give it ASAP. 5. Abhay also explained that earlier year club had 56 members out of which 4 members could not be retained for their personal reasons but 6 member were reintroduced under reinduction program. So we have 58 members as of 15th july,2021 6. A resolution was passed and Abhay Devare was unanimously nominated to complete certain non-compliance at the Charity Commission . All members assured to help collect documents for the same from previous presidents and secretaries. 7. The BOD unanimously decided to end the tie-up with RC Amanora for this year wherein the CSR funds from their CSR partners were received in our trust’s account to our to carry out projects. It was decided to inform their President and Board about this. 8. Internal Auditor Sunil explained that sometimes projects are executed by club members through personal finances and later on informed to the club. It was suggested by Sunil and accepted by all that such projects will be executed through our Trust in order to qualify as club projects. 9. It was decided that Projects less than rs.10000 may be put up on the whatsapp group for approval as this will save time and effort. 10. Director Narke explained the proposed tree plantation drive on Sunday 18th july and Budget of Rs.10000 was sanctioned for tree plantation at Hotale village school. 11.On behalf of Service director ,President explained about survey done at Donje village and areas of work .It is proposed to hold 3 medical camps there and also donate to an old age home there. 12.Director Foundation urged all directors to donate to TRF. 13.GOM july,Swati explained about the programs for the month and GOM August Sharad explained about the planned programs for August. 14. Trainer Sharad Deshpande urged all to work together throughout the year as a team and put in their best efforts. Following dates are to be noted by all: 26th September- Daughters’ day 29th August- Membership Seminar 18th February- DG visit to our club The meeting concluded with Vote of Thanks given by GOM July Swati Ranjekar and was followed by lunch at Veg.Abhishek Restaurant sponsored by her. |
