Departure from Pune self or by car pooling at 12 noon onwards after lunch time. 2. Check in from - 2.00 pm onwards . 3. Welcom Tea - 3.00 pm 4. High Tea & Snacks - 5- 6 pm 5. Club meeting followed by Games & Snacks - 6 -9 pm . *ALCOHOL will be at TTMM*. 6. Dinner- 9 pm onward *SUNDAY 18.09.22* 7. Tea & Breakfast - 7am onward 8. | Minutes of Meeting | Credit of this picnic must be given to President Amol, BOD members, planning & organizing committee. It was perfectly planned & implemented. Evening was full fun including bow & arrow, rifle shooting, hi-tea & walk around the resort in few showers of rain. We all enjoyed various couple/ individual games like musical chair, blowing balloons, paper sheet dance, record dance & post dinner karaoke singing & musical tambola till mid-night. Next Day morning few of us enjoyed swimming, bird watching & panoramic view. Totally 38 persons enjoyed the picnic. Thanks again to Organizing committee. |
